Housing is a complex community issue. You helped make a difference.

The Good Times Community Fund helped people in Santa Cruz County with housing needs.

Thanks for joining us this past holiday season and taking a small bite out of a big issue affecting us all—housing.

Over 190 people contributed to the Good Times Community Fund, raising a total of $36,311.

Combined with $32,500 in matching funds from the David & Lucile Packard Foundation and Santa Cruz County Bank, the campaign generated $68,811 to help residents in Santa Cruz County.

For the past 16 years, the GOOD TIMES weekly has joined us in this holiday giving campaign.

100% of your gift went to support the causes and the work of the local nonprofit programs below.

• Building affordable homes for families through sweat equity is the job of Habitat for Humanity Santa Cruz County.
• Avoiding foreclosures and helping struggling families restore home ownership through legal services and consumer education at the Watsonville Law Center.
• Transitional family housing for families in crisis at Pajaro Valley Shelter Services.
• Heping Young people aging out of foster care find independent housing through Santa Cruz Community Counseling Center’s Transitional Age Youth Program.
• Providing shelter to the most vulnerable through the 180/180 Santa Cruz program, led by the Homeless Services Center.
