Program Administrative Officer
This full-time position oversees all grants management. The officer works with the program director in the development, implementation and assessment of grantmaking policies and procedures and the Foundation’s program activities.
The officer reports directly to the program director, providing administrative support in a variety of activities such as online research, submitting invoices for payment, preparing proposals and grant reports, RFPs for special projects, memos and contracts. Integral to this position are systems management, overseeing the grant process and data collection/visualization.
Compensation is competitive with comparable program positions with an attractive benefit package.
