Front Office Administrative Assistant
This person supports multiple departments within the Foundation and is often the first point of contact for visitors to the Foundation. The position requires general administrative skills, with good written, verbal and interpersonal skills a must. The regular part-time position is non-exempt from overtime and works under the general direction of the office manager, under the supervision of the CFO/administrative director. Job hours are Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Duties include reception, phone, mail, facilities administration and staff support. Excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills a must. PC computer skills and ability to work within Microsoft Office Suite required.
Compensation is competitive with comparable positions, approximately $16 to $18/hour, with an excellent benefit package.
