Philanthropic Services Assistant

This full-time position is non-exempt from overtime and is responsible for managing all database aspects of donor transactions, from gift entry to grant processing. The philanthropic services assistant reports to the donor services officer, under the direction of the philanthropic services director.

General Description

The primary responsibility of this position is database management, tracking and entry of all donor transactions. Tasks include gift processing, tracking donor-advised grant reports and managing electronic files. Qualified candidates have bachelor's degree or at least two years equivalent experience.

Compensation is competitive with comparable positions, approximately $18 to $20/hour, with an excellent benefit package.

Building Steward

Join our team as one of our building stewards, responsible for managing scheduled evening and weekend use of our center by community groups.

General Description

This person reports to the office manager and is responsible for being on-site to open, close and secure the building during scheduled evening or weekend meetings and events by community groups.

You must have experience with audio visual equipment, have the available time to meet changing scheduling needs, maintain a professional appearance and have reliable transportation.

This paid position offer compensation commensurate with experience in the range of $12-$15/hour.
