Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Todd is responsible for all aspects of the Community Foundation’s physical workspace. From technology infrastructure and services, to vendors, maintenance, and supporting the operations staff, Todd ensures that we have a world-class, comfortable, safe, and productive environment for our employees and visitors to thrive in.

Over the course of his career, Todd has worked in varying environments from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, delivering elevated workplace and facilities operations experiences. While working as an early employee in a start-up, being a jack of all trades, he had the opportunity to choose where he wanted to focus his talents as the company grew. He loved the challenge of creating supportive and inspiring workspaces and chose to focus on growing workplace services and amenities as the company expanded.

Having spent most of his career in for-profit environments, he’s excited to shift gears and work in a non-profit for the first time. Getting to see how the Foundation supports our communities and donors in so many important ways, right at ground level, is one of the most rewarding aspects of working here.
