Nallely Martinez

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Nallely’s focus is to maintain and strengthen the Foundation’s internal systems, operational functions and administrative processes. She enjoys finding ways to streamline our work because she knows that when our Foundation’s internal operations run smoothly it translates to quality services and support for our community. Nallely provides oversight for grants management, office management, facility use and supports the Foundation’s web content and technology needs.

Nallely joined the Community Engagement & Impact team in 2015. Most recently serving as the Grants Officer where she managed the day-to-day operations of the Foundation’s grantmaking program. Nallely spent the beginning of her career working with families and children in the Watsonville/Pajaro Valley community as an early childhood behavioral interventions, youth program coordinator, bicycle safety educator and volunteer manager.

Nallely is a Southern California native but a banana slug for life. She finds joy in being a bridge builder – connecting people to all the community driven resources our county has to offer, because she believes everyone deserves to be healthy, safe and feel connected.
