Request A Room

Local nonprofits and community groups can reserve a meeting room or our rooftop terrace for gatherings and events.

Rooms are available free of charge during normal business hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. There is a fee of $20/hour ($40 minimum) for evening and weekend use.

2020 evening and weekend rates: $25/hour ($50 minimum) for Agency Fundholders and $50/hour ($100 minimum) for all other groups.

Our office will be closed to outside meetings from January 2 through January 20, 2020.

  • We welcome room requests beginning January 2nd for meetings to be held as early as January 21, 2020.
  • Agency Fundholders have priority status and may begin submitting requests for the 2020 calendar on November 26, 2019.
