The Foundation works to connect our donors to causes they care about.
While the majority of our donors have clear ideas on which organizations they wish to support, a growing number are asking the Foundation for information about community needs and the organizations that effectively address them.
To respond to our donors’ inquiries, we share funding requests gathered from local organizations twice a year. Requests from organizations that applied for funding in the Foundation’s 2008 competitive grant process were shared with donors in the spring.
We know that many organizations that did not apply for grants earlier this year have funding needs. While we cannot guarantee financial support, providing a short description about your organization and its current needs allows us to engage donors in support of your proposed project.
If you are eligible and wish to be considered for a Donor-Advised grant, click on the Donor Funding Request Form (also on right sidebar).
Please complete the form and submit it to grants@cfscc.org. Please limit responses to three pages.
Donor Funding Requests may be submitted until September 30, for consideration in 2008.
If a donor expresses interest in your organization, we will contact you for additional information. Please do not send additional information unless requested to do so.
