Foundation grantees are asked to report on the progress of their grant.
Please refer to your grant agreement letter, which outlines specific reporting requirements and due dates, as well the correct forms for you to use.
Your grant agreement letter directs you to use either Report Form A, Report Forms B or Report Form C. Click on the appropriate link to download the forms.

The Foundation is proud of the work of our grantees in the community.
Each year, we distribute press releases announcing the grants we have made as well as posting the information on our website.
We encourage you to extend your grant's impact by alerting the press and community at large about your award.
For help in writing your own press release see our Sample Press Release. Spread the word through e-mail, Twitter, Facebook and Flickr if you are using these media.
Your images reflect the variety, creativity and care of the work of nonprofits.
We want to display your images on our website, or include them in print publications such as our annual report.
We're looking for photographs of your Community Foundation-funded projects.
Send your digital images to Kim East or add your images to our Community Foundation Santa Cruz County Flickr group.
By submitting images, you agree to allow the Foundation to use and/or edit the photos at its discretion.
Don't forget to include appropriate information in tags or by e-mail, so that your photos can be accurately credited and captioned.
