Jennifer Guerrero, a graduate of Watsonville High School, will attend the University of California, Merced.

• Graduate from a high school in Santa Cruz County, the Pajaro Valley, or a student at Cabrillo or Hartnell Community Colleges
• Resident of Santa Cruz County or the Pajaro Valley for at least two years prior to registering at Cabrillo or Hartnell Community Colleges

Award Recipient Obligation

• Major in the field of agriculture
• Community college students must be planning to major in the field of agriculture at a four-year college or university
• Veterinary Science students are not eligible

Scholarship Amount and Duration

• One $1,250 award
• Renewable for up to three additional years
