As with author Patrick Lencioni's other books, this is a fictional—but eerily real—story. Along with the book's character, you'll learn a simple approach for helping your team transform confusion and infighting into clarity and alignment.

Susan Farrar and Meredeth Clark will facilitate this book group discussion.

Farrar is the Foundation's director of finance and operation. As part of the management team, she is using the book, along with training from the Table Group in planning the Foundation's strategic direction. Clark is the chief executive officer of the California Association of Nonprofits and CAN Insurance Services. Together, they will invite you to share insights into what this book offers leaders of nonprofits.
