Designing Outcome Objectives (1/29/10)


An opportunity to review and practice designing SMART(Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) outcome objectives to strengthen your program and funding proposals!

This workshop is targeted to health and human service organizations receiving support from the county, thought it will benefit any group wanting to create better outcomes.

 

SMART outcome objectives are a critical aspect of effective project planning and proposal development.  You may understand the basic difference between outcomes and process objectives and methods for measuring results of your projects, but do you really feel comfortable in designing effective outcome objectives?  Come to this fast-paced session to learn and review through exercise the process of creating SMART outcomes.

Grace Hammond is principal of E.G. Hammond Consulting.  She has over 16 years experience as a consultant with nonprofit organizations, specializing in the areas of fund development and organizational development.
